Refund Policy – House Anatomy Sounds

Due to the nature of digital products, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any issue with the product you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of your order. By completing your purchase, you agree that refund requests will be evaluated at the sole discretion of House Anatomy Sounds, and our decision will be considered final.

When we provide refunds or store credit

We are happy to issue a refund or store credit if the product is defective or significantly different from its description.

When refunds cannot be granted

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations, especially if the system has already registered a download attempt:

• You no longer want the product.

• You changed your mind or found an alternative.

• You are unable to use the product due to hardware or software limitations.

• You lack the technical knowledge to properly use the product.

• You attempt to use the product with pirated or cracked software — we do not provide any guarantee in such cases.

Customer responsibility

We strongly recommend checking the software and hardware requirements before making a purchase. These details are always listed on each product page. House Anatomy Sounds does not provide refunds for products that require additional software (such as DAW-specific libraries, preset packs, etc.), and customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper knowledge to use the content.
