Legal Disclaimer & License Information – House Anatomy Sounds

1. Legal Agreement

This License Notice (“Agreement”) governs your use of all digital products (samples, presets, project templates, construction kits, etc.) offered by House Anatomy Sounds (“Licensor”). By downloading, installing or using any product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

Samples: individual audio elements (one-shots, loops, FX).
Presets: preconfigured settings for virtual instruments.
Project Files / Templates: DAW session files (e.g. Ableton, FL, Logic) intended for learning.
Construction Kits: curated bundles of stems, MIDI, loops and samples designed for creative use.

3. Ownership & Copyright

All copyrights remain with House Anatomy Sounds. You receive a license, not ownership. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license if these terms are violated.

4. Permitted Uses ✅

Use Samples, Presets and MIDI royalty-free in your own original projects—commercial or non-commercial (music releases, video, film, live shows, games, etc.).
Study, learn from and analyze Project Files and Templates.
Reuse elements (e.g. FX chains, drum hits) from Project Files—provided you substantially transform melodies, chord progressions, arrangements or structure.

5. Prohibited Uses ❌

Distributing, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing standalone content—even for free.
Repackaging or selling content (or derivative versions) as sound packs, preset libraries, or templates.
Releasing music based primarily on the supplied Project Files with only minor edits—significant creative modification is required.
Claiming copyright over bundled content (samples, loops, MIDI, project data).

6. License Scope

This is a single-user license, granted only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, and valid only for the licensed user.

7. Educational Use

Project Files are provided for educational purposes only. They are not to be redistributed, resold, or presented as finished works under your own name.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Products are provided “as-is”. House Anatomy Sounds assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damage (including hearing damage due to loud sound exposure, software errors, hardware failure, loss of data, etc.). Use at your own risk.
