Terms of Service – House Anatomy Sounds
1. Overview
This License Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms between you (the "User" or "Licensee") and House Anatomy Sounds (the "Licensor") regarding the use of digital products such as samples, presets, project files, construction kits, MIDI files, AI-assisted vocal content, and related materials (collectively referred to as the "Products"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Product, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
2. Definitions

Sample: An individual sound, loop, or effect intended for music production.

Preset: A preconfigured setting for virtual instruments or synthesizers.

Project File / Template: A DAW project (Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, etc.) provided for educational and production purposes.

Construction Kit: A collection of stems, MIDI files, loops, presets, and samples designed for music production.

AI-Assisted Vocal Content: Certain Products may include vocal elements created or enhanced using artificial intelligence as part of the creative production process.
3. AI-Assisted Vocal Content
Some Products may include AI-assisted vocal elements. This applies exclusively to certain vocal content.
All templates, project files, sound design, samples, presets, MIDI files, arrangements, mixing, processing, and all remaining production materials are created, produced, edited, and curated by House Anatomy Sounds.
4. Copyright and Ownership
All Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of House Anatomy Sounds and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, uploading, reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or making the Products available to third parties constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
5. License Grant and Usage Rights
You are permitted to:
- Use samples and presets royalty-free in your own original musical productions, including commercial releases, live performances, film, television, games, and online content.
- Study, analyze, and learn from project files and templates.
- Extract individual production techniques, FX chains, presets, and samples from project files provided that the resulting work is substantially transformed into your own original production.
You are not permitted to:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, or share any Product, whether free or commercially.
- Repackage the Products or any portion of them as standalone sample packs, preset packs, templates, or competing products.
- Release music that is substantially identical to the supplied templates or project files without significant creative modification.
- Transfer this license to another individual or organization.
This license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and applies only to the original purchaser.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
House Anatomy Sounds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The User is responsible for ensuring compatibility with the required software and hardware before purchasing.
7. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete information regarding refunds, digital content, and your statutory consumer rights.
Due to the nature of digital products, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content.
Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that once access to the digital content has been provided, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights that consumers may have under the laws of their country of residence where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the User and House Anatomy Sounds regarding the Products and supersede any previous agreements, whether written or oral.
