Terms of Service – House Anatomy Sounds

1. Overview

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms between you (the “User” or “Licensee”) and House Anatomy Sounds (the “Licensor”) regarding the use of digital products such as samples, presets, project files, construction kits, and related content (collectively referred to as the “Products”). By downloading, installing, or using any Product, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

2. Definitions

Sample: An individual sound, loop, or effect intended for music production.
Preset: A preconfigured setting for virtual instruments or synthesizers.
Project File / Template: A DAW project (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, etc.) provided for learning and educational purposes.
Kit / Construction Kit: A set of stems, MIDI files, loops, and samples used for music creation.

3. Copyright and Ownership

All Products remain the sole property of House Anatomy Sounds and are protected by copyright. No ownership rights are transferred to the User. The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license if these terms are violated.

4. License Grant and Usage Rights

You are allowed to:

Use samples and presets royalty-free in your own musical works and projects, including commercial releases, live performances, film, video, and games.
Study and learn from project files and templates.
Extract elements (e.g., FX chains, samples) from project files as long as the main melody, progression, or arrangement is substantially altered.

You are not allowed to:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products, either for free or commercially, except when incorporated into your own original compositions or productions.
Share or package the Products (or parts of them) as standalone sound libraries or similar products.
Release music based directly on project files with minimal changes — significant modifications are required.

This license is personal, non-transferable, and applies only to the original purchaser.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

House Anatomy Sounds shall not be held responsible for any damages, including but not limited to software or hardware issues, or hearing damage resulting from improper use. The User assumes full responsibility for the safe use of the Products.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are considered final. Refund requests will only be reviewed within 7 days of purchase if:

The Product is faulty or corrupted, or
The Product description does not match the delivered item.

Refunds or store credits are granted at the sole discretion of House Anatomy Sounds. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, technical incompatibility, or lack of production knowledge.
